  • Rates (single and double occupancy) $138.00 without breakfast or $158.00 with breakfast. The rates are $20 higher during foliage season, the last week of September through the third week of October.
    Additional guests can be accommodated


  • The Artist's Loft B&B can be rented for stays of one week or more for a discount. Call or email for details.

    • Walk to everything in easy comfort! Located in the center Brattleboro, we are 2 blocks from the railroad station/museum. Brattleboro is an artist colony with a thriving, eclectic dowtown. The Artist's Loft B&B is within one block of more than a dozen restaurants, 3 book stores, art galleries, antique shops, coffee houses, 3 movie theaters, an international award-winning micro-brewery, intriguing boutiques and cafés. Join us on the first Friday of each month between 5 and 8 p.m. for Gallery Walk, and tour downtown art openings, studios and other venues.
    Morrocan style couch. Great for napping. Converts to very comfy queen size bed for extra guests.
